Has the original Onan Generator. We highly recommend purchasing a new generator and using this one as a back up

Does have some damage to top right rear corner. We have patched it ourselves with no further issues.

Rear bumper on the right is pulled out a little but has not led to a further issue.

Has all the perks: microwave, fridge, TV cable, BATHROOM, space for an extra work station, towel shoot and secured medium size dog crate.

Hot water is currently being heated by electric, does have a propane tank however the heating element mostly likely needs replaced.

Comes with original bathing hoses, vacuum, K9II dryer, table, A/C unit

50 gallon fresh water tank and 50 gallon gray water tank.

Super sudser pump is new (replaced in May 2019)

Table lowers to 16″ and rises to 42″. You can raise the largest dog with the heavy duty 300lb weight capacity. The table top also rotates 360 degrees for convenience. Electric foot pedal for hands-free operation.

Has the elements for the Clipper Vac System, Clipper Vac not included.

Ability for shore line,  but requires a 220 volt plug. 50 ft Marine cord included.

5.6″ Flat Screen Color Backup Monitor . Camera is installed on the rear of the unit. The screen comes on automatically when putting your vehicle in reverse.

Van has been kept outside all of its life, never had a major freeze and we have never used antifreeze.
